Island and Snorkel Adventure - We had an amazing time on the luxury sailing trip to Isla Mujeres! The crew was fantasticâfriendly, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Sailing across the bright blue waters was absolutely beautiful, and snorkeling in the ocean was a highlight. The water was crystal clear with lots of marine life to see, although some guests did have to sit it out due to the wave size that dayâsafety first, and the crew handled it really well.
Isla Mujeres itself is incredibleâthereâs so much to explore, from local shops and street vendors to stunning views and relaxing beach spots. Just a quick tip: bring a Visa card or some cash, as many vendors donât accept other card types and youâll definitely want to pick up some goodies.
Huge shoutout to Arturo, our amazing tour guideâhe was fun, knowledgeable, and kept everyone in great spirits the whole day. Also, a big thanks to our boat captain (wish I remembered his name!) for a smooth and safe sail.
Highly recommend this experience if youâre visiting Cancun and looking for the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation!

Excellent service! - Everyone involved in the process was extremely friendly. From confirmation, until the end of the tour they had the best and greatest willingness to help and that our experience was unforgettable.
We had an amazing time. The atmosphere on the Catamaran was very fun, the crew is very friendly. The snorkeling time was wonderful and enriching, and finally the visit to Isla Mujeres was spectacular, too.

The bluest waters - Amazing experience! Our family enjoyed the whole day, the beach is a paradise. We enjoyed the snorkeling experience. The team is very polite and they explained everything in every step with a lot of attention.

Not what I expected - Isla Mujeres was not what I expected. Very crowded, very touristy, very loud, & very expensive. Very small area roped off to swim. I will not return. The catamaran ride was great! The staff & captain was excellent!

Fun trip to Isla Mujeres - We sailed on Malube. The captain and crew were very courteous, attentive and professional. The boat was immaculate. The water was beautiful.

Not what description says - We ended up having a good time but be aware this experience is not what the description says. Firstly there was mass chaos starting with getting picked up. Even though on my receipt it clearly says name of hotel they had the wrong location. Then we finally arrive in Cancun at the dock and there was now huge confusion to find our catamaran. The line was 30 min long.
The crew was amazing! The tour guide that took us out was awesome! Took his time to make sure everyone was accounted for in the water at all times and waited for ppl to catch up!
The description says boxed lunch but instead we had a lunch buffet on the other side of the island for an hour and a half. And I donât know about you but I would have preferred a quick lunch and more time On island to explore.
So Coleâs notes version is: if you really want to snorkel go for it! But know a lot of your time is driving to Cancun and back and waiting in line and a long lunch. If you just want to explore Isla take the ferry and save a lot of $$.

âŒïžâŒïžâŒïžâŒïž Avoid at all cost âŒïžâŒïžâŒïžâŒïž - Please save yourself the headache & dispute phone calls as this company is extremely unprofessional. Me & my bestfriend were booked for the 165$ tour .. we never received our confirmation code for pickup and then when our flight got delayed and we contacted them about rescheduling they NEVER responded. Also because they are picking up multiple people your â scheduled pickup â will be almost 3-4 hours prior to your booked excursion time. This company just isnât worth the headache itâll bring you when you should be relaxing. Save your money and time .. book through your hotel or just choose a different company. Trip advisor honestly should just remove this company to avoid the constant disputes. AVOID AT ALL COST.
