• Sri Aurobindo Ashram - Sri Aurobindo Ghosh is perhaps the most renowned resident of Pondicherry. The tour commences with a visit to his memorial at the Aurobindo Ashram. Visitors will gain insight into his life, philosophies, and revolutionary ideas. The memorial also features a section dedicated to Sri Aurobindo’s notable disciple, Mirra Alfassa. It is an ideal location for meditation.
• Puducherry Tourism Information Centre - A French heritage walk is organized through the city’s core, showcasing the exquisite French architectural style. This walk enhances appreciation for Pondicherry’s French heritage.
• Sri Aurobindo Handmade Paper - The tour includes a visit to a unique factory producing handmade paper. Established 50 years ago, the Sri Aurobindo Paper Factory creates paper from 100% cotton rag pulp. Visitors will observe the process of transforming cotton rags into paper, utilizing techniques such as silk screen printing and marbling.
• Statue Of Gandhi - A stroll along Pondicherry’s famous promenade, overlooking the beautiful Bay of Bengal, follows this.
• Auroville - After lunch, the tour proceeds to Auroville, a visionary concept of a global village where individuals from around the world have renounced their nationalities to live as global citizens.

Matri Mandir is a large dome for silent meditation. Guests can view it from the outside during a day visit. Note that permission for meditating inside must be obtained in person one day in advance.
