• Cascais Routes - Water Activities - The activity lasts approximately 2 hours.

Upon arrival at the location, participants will receive a brief introduction covering essential kayaking theory, including safety, paddling techniques, and proper posture. Following this, kayaks will be launched, and participants will paddle away from the shore.

A guide will be present throughout the activity to offer assistance, monitor, and provide feedback on performance.

WHAT TO BRING: Swimsuit, towel, hat or cap, sunscreen, water, and comfortable clothing (water shoes or flip-flops with straps if available). The instructor will have a waterproof bag to safely store mobile phones, cameras, water, and wallets.
