- Traversa I Contrada Lupo Grasso, 7 - We will begin with a stroll through the olive grove, where guests will get the chance to become true olive growers. We’ll then head back to the mill to explore every step of the production process and learn oil tasting techniques to identify the aromas and flavors of a high-quality product. The experience will conclude with a stunning view of the Aeolian Islands as we enjoy a delightful tasting.

Fabulous experience - Fabulous experience!!!
We came on a family vacation from Canada to discover my husband’s Italian heritage. He grew up in this region picking up olives by hand as a child…. Times sure have changed!
Our hosts were absolutely wonderful at explaining the entire process and we truly enjoyed all the very delicious products from their farm. We honestly felt like family.
We highly recommend this visit.

Best experience ever - This was the best time spent ever. Antonio and Adrianna are amazing hosts that walk you completely through the olive oil process from vineyard to tasting in a fun and informative way. Their passion for olive oil making is obvious and they love sharing it with you. Afterwards, the tasting of all their oils with bread, meat, cheeses along with house-made wine is a dining experience that’ll make you want to come back again and soon. They make you truly feel welcome and as if you were in their home. My wife and I loved it and we highly recommend it.

Fun, interesting, informative, and delicious! - Hosts Adriana and Antonio are an absolutely delightful couple - you will enjoy meeting them and learning about their olive oil making endeavor. And the “tasting” afterwards… is incredible. Highest recommendation- do not miss!

Wonderful experience! - Interesting, informative, fun(!), and delicious! We learned about olive oil production, then tasted various samples, then FEASTED on even more! A wonderful experience - the hosts were so kind and generous - made us feel like family. I’ve been to Italy several times and this was one of my favorite experiences. Five star - highest recommendation - do it!
