City Gudies Tour of Mission Dolores - My Sons in Retirement Group had a wonderful and most interesting tour of the Mission Dolores neighborhood in San Francisco with City Guides Walking Tours. Our docent, Joan Scott was energetic, passionate about her subject, and even added her own life history as it related to the area. From the golden fire hydrant to the wonderful murals, victorian homes, and the beautiful park this neighborhood is steeped in the history of San Francisco. I highly recommend City Guides, and touring this district. Ask for Joan as your docent . She was great!
