Professional and On Time (early really) - Driver was early, which we like. He was calm and professional and an excellent driver. He shared some Italy history as we drove to the airport. After arriving at Milan airport, he went inside, prior to us getting out of the vehicle, and made sure we were in the right area! Excellent experience and we will use Viator on our next travels!

Clean and on time - Great experience. I was worry about missing a Sunday morning flight in Italy. Driver was on time to pick me up 7:00am in Como to Milan Malpensa airport.

The service itself was brilliant - what I had issues with is the Viator booking system management of your transfer is hard to communicate after the booking is made - so if you need to change time or hotel details you can definately do it - but there is no notification by Viator of messages being sent or received between your operator and yourself - but don’t let that stop you booking this transfer - very efficient service

A blessing and relief - Driver was so professional that she arrived 1/2 hour early to get us to the airport, knowing I was very nervous about an early morning transport. We had had a bad experience coming (not this company) and were not picked up upon arrival in Milan. She was pleasant, great driver, and responsible.
