San Lorenzo Vini - A long walk through the vast estate reveals the secrets of the wine production of the “Vini San Lorenzo” winery in Castilenti. In the cellar among the vineyards, the ponds and the ancient farmhouses we will enter the wise world of the winemaking process, in balance between ancient traditions and avant-garde techniques. The ancient cellar, housed in the sixteenth-century De Sterlich palace, will host, among the medieval vaults, the niches and the convivial spaces, a tasting of the company’s native products.
Transfer to the Sterlich Palace in Castilenti, visit to the barrel cellar
Visit of the vineyard paying attention to the technical aspects of production (eg conventional agriculture, organic farming, soil processing, breeding, yield per hectare, etc.).
