  The journey begins with a stroll through the vineyard, where the history of the Itria Valley, local customs, grape cultivation, and the winemaking process will be shared.

  Embark on another journey, exploring the flavors and aromas of food and wine. The cuisine reflects the heritage of our mother, who was born and raised in these lands.
  Five appetizers will be paired with the first two wines, followed by freshly handmade orecchiette. Finally, enjoy the traditional bombette cooked on the stove. This dinner is an opportunity to pair our finest wines—white, rosé, and red—in a true tasting experience.
  Conclude with dessert and rosoli.
