The cooking class is designed to last around 3 hours. It will begin with an introduction to the class. Participants will learn to create fresh pasta in three different styles: ravioli, tagliatelle, and spaghetti “alla chitarra,” each paired with sauces made from seasonal ingredients. At the conclusion of the class, participants will enjoy a meal featuring their culinary creations. As with any traditional Italian meal, homemade tiramisu will be served. After the class, a digital booklet containing the recipes will be provided, allowing participants to recreate the dishes at home.
PERSONAL CHEF SERVICE
Once the menu is selected from the various options provided, everything will be taken care of. Shopping will be done from trusted local producers, and the chef will arrive at your location in advance to prepare the menu and set the table. Guests can simply relax and enjoy the company while the chef cooks for them!
