• Via Amendola, 28 - The dinner and overnight experience on the boat is a combination of pleasures, sea life, good food, the right company and the setting. On board our boat, you will find Captain Roccia at the stove, who will delight your soul and palate with local seafood recipes and excellent Sardinian wine. The dinner will consist of a first and a second and the menu will depend on the catch of the day. A bottle of myrtle is also included in the dinner. The boat will be stationed in the port unless expressly requested by the group. In this case, there is an extra budget of 300.00 Euros.

• crudités - A tray full of oysters, scallops, shrimp, and whatever is available fresh, with lemon garnish will be served.
• Linguina with fish or shellfish sauce - The dish is a poem on the palate: Fresh fish or shellfish cooked in tomato sauce and present on the top of the linguine dish.
• Seadas - Typical Sardinian dessert, the seadas, cooked and filled with honey and cheese is a sweetness not to be missed.

Participating in the dinner experience on a sailing boat means entering the heart of the island’s culinary and maritime traditions for an evening. The chef, generous with explanations and anecdotes, will enrich your dinner with cooking tips and stories of local curiosities. The background music will create the right atmosphere. The dishes served, the excellent wine, the myrtle and the sea will do the rest. The boat has 2 tables, one inside and one outside, for 4 people seated comfortably. In the case of groups of more than 4 units, dinner can be served outside, standing, using the supports and seats of the boat
