The experience begins with a tour of the winery and vineyards, where the process of organic wine production is explained in contrast to conventional methods. This journey takes you from the vines to the bottling machine, including stops at the pressing machine, steel tanks, and oak barrels. Following the tour, enjoy a tasting of five different organic wines from our collection, perfectly paired with warm bruschette topped with our extra virgin olive oil, cheeses, jams, balsamic vinegar, and other typical organic products sourced from our farm or local producers.
The tour lasts approximately 2 hours and takes place entirely at the Tili Vini Winery in Assisi.
Please note, pick-up and drop-off are not included, but can be arranged upon request with a taxi service at a reasonable rate.

Experience one of the most traditional wine tastings: wine and cheese! Delight in the unique pairings of our organic Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT wines with cheeses, jams, and balsamic vinegar sourced from our farm or local producers.
The tasting menu can be customized to accommodate guests’ dietary needs, allergies, or intolerances (e.g., lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian). In case of inclement weather or if it’s too cold or hot to be outside, the tasting will take place inside the tasting room. For any special requests, please feel free to contact us!
The “Tasting with Assisi Transfer” option includes pick-up and drop-off from Largo Properzio Assisi to our tasting room and back to the same location in Assisi. The Google Maps link for the pick-up location is https://g.co/kgs/FGvadji.
Additionally, we offer transportation upon request for a fixed rate from the city center of Assisi or Spello, the Assisi train station, or local hotels.
