Adventure and beauty - Gorgeous trip down the water into the pools and canyons for the athletic and adventurous! We hiked about 40 minutes up the trail, then ate the lunches we brought. Then we donned wet suits, rappelling harnesses and head protection for a few hour climb down the river. There were lots of jumps into deep pools, sliding down rocks, zip line and rappelling maneuvers. Not for the truly timid but not too scary either. Me (55) and my daughter/son-in-law had a great time.
