Location is remote. ... - Location is remote. Allow time to enjoy the beauty of the landscape and navigate the narrow road. This was so much fun and a great learning experience. Kids will love it! I loved it!

Super recommended - Beautiful experience. We have learned a lot from Giuseppe and Fabio about the production of typical Puglia cheeses. They allowed us to make our own burrata and then gave us a little tasting. 100% recommend the experience.

Fun and tasty! - We had a wonderful time at this tour and sampling the delicious burrata, with more snacks at the end! My husband and I are visiting from the US and found the whole process of cheese making very interesting! Giuseppe and his team gave a fun tour and we even got a glimpse of his grandfather who founded it! What a family treasure to be part of - thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Unique farm & cheese making experience - Was a great day visiting the farm and cheese making factory - best part was the cheeseboard at the end as you had a lot more appreciation for how it was all made. The tour also had a lovely translator - the owner spoke in Italian and she translated into English

Too long tour, lots of talk little experience - The group was big, mixed with Italian and English speakers so everything was said twice in Italian and English. A lot of interesting Information true, but unnecessary long. The whole tour took 2 hours while the interesting part with the actual making of mozzarella was a few minutes . It would have been a much nicer experience to make a short walk and spend the most time making / experimenting the actual cheese making so that everyone can have time doing that. If you plan to go with kids do not. They will be very bored .
