Super cool farm experience - Very informative guided tour of the farm with hands on possibility to try and make some cheese. Once you try your handmade mozzarella made on the spot, there’s no way back!

Excellent tour of Masseria, cheese making process and tasting plate :) - Very interesting and informative tour provided by Fabio, explaining the history of the Masseria and the process of making cheese from how they manage the cows and milking through to seeing the making of mozzarella and burrata. You also get to have a go yourself. And then the tasting plate at the end is more than enough to make it a meal/lunch in its own right, not to mention how tasty it all is! We couldn't resist buying some of the Casatello cheese and yoghurt afterwards :) Highly recommend!

Great experience! Don't miss the experience! - Was a really great experience learning about the masseria and the production of cheese. The tour guide was knowledgeable and it was interesting to see mozzarella and burrata being made first hand. All of the cheese we sampled was delicious! Eating mozzarella and burrata in the US doesn't even compare! Highly recommend! Our one regret was not buying more cheese!

The freshest mozzarella you will ever have - This was a lovely morning, seeing the cows, the milking production and the highlight -making mozzarella and then eating it. The light lunch of cheeses and bread was terrific too. A really fun experience and everyone was great.

Just OK - The experience was OK, mostly due to the size of our group - it was quite large and therefore it was hard to see and follow along with the cheese making demonstrations. We were given hair nets, but putting one’s hair all inside was not a requirement so there were a couple folks touching all the ingredients without following proper sanitary guidelines which was disturbing. Our guide was polite but lacked enthusiasm.
