Great bike experience in Santiago - Antonio was so helpful, adjusting our bikes and helmet straps, answering our questions, and even providing a local map and marking the best places to ride. We happened to bike on a Sunday when one of the main roads along the river was closed specifically for bike riding -- I'm not sure if this is a weekly or monthly event. But it was great! Even without the road closure, renting bikes is a fantastic way to poke around Santiago. ONE TIP THOUGH: The shop is exactly where it's promised on the map (a few blocks north and east of its location a few years ago next to the river) but we couldn't see the name of the business from the street. The building looked closed up; we only found it because we made sure to RING THE BICYCLE BELL NEXT TO THE DOOR. Antonia said he's always there, they just keep the doors closed to cut down on theft, I think.

Complete command of the English language Good handling of the times and clear explanation about the use , the stops and signage when riding the bike. Excellent service, highly recommended

Great way to get a start in Santiago - We did this on the first morning we were in Santiago. It was close to our Hotel (Luciano K - also highly recommended) and we did a morning tour. The bikes were easy to ride and good for the various areas we went to. Riding is mostly on bike paths but some riding on roads which was fine - if you can ride a bike you can do this easily. The most interesting part was the markets themselves. These are fascinating and massive - easily the largest I have seen anywhere in the world by a big margin. The aroma’s, variety and food we had was great. Our guide spoke 4 languages and visits the markets weekly, so she was very knowledgeable and prepared. She also gave us good tips on what else to do. The tour starts and ends near the entrance to the Fenicula going up nearby San Cristobal, which is a great thing to do right after the bike tour. Lots of things to see and highly recommended.

Don't miss this trip - I did the Sunday morning ride with Rey and it was one of the highlights of my few days in Santiago. What a buzz, riding down the main streets of Santiago that are closed to cars on Sundays, and then followed by the excitement of the central markets that is absolutely something to be seen. Great professional company with safety always coming first.

Local markets and unknown places - Light drizzle did not stop us to start a fantastic bike tour on Sunday morning. Tamy was an excellent tour guide showing me an unknown side of Santiago. We visited local markets and tried Chilean food. When we finished the tour the sun came up. I would really recommend this experience.
