Chilean political history on two wheels - Great way to take on jet lag, get the lay of the land in the heart of Santiago while learning about the country's fascinating, sometimes volatile and rich political history. Our guide was passionate and extremely knowledgeable (with some first hand experiences). Really fun and interesting. Sometimes dicey riding at rush hour so keep alert!

Enjoyable cycling round interesting sites - This was a fascinating tour well led by Andrea (Alejandra 2!) who had a personal connection with the history and politics aspect of the tour. For me, a main attraction was discovering Santiago's cycle routes which are excellent. Nearly all of the route was either through parks or in cycle lanes segregated from the traffic. La Moneda, in the tour photo, was the most interesting building, perfectly restored after its bombing in Pinochet's coup in 1973. I had seen footage of this bombing at the Museum of Human Rights and listened to the radio broadcast that President Allende made while it was going on so seeing it restored completed a story for me.

Great tour to see AND learn about Santiago and Chile! - Terrific bike tour with Andres (sp?) around important landmarks and sights in Santiago. The sights and opportunity to see the city broadly and quickly on city-wide bike lanes was great. What made this very special for us was that we learned so much about Santiago, Chile, and the people and politics here from our articulate and knowledgeable guide. We strongly recommend this experience for folks who want to delve into the places they visit and understand them more!

Great overview of Chilean history! - This was a great start to our trip! You can see a lot more on a bike than walking and our guide Andre was very knowledgeable. We really liked learning about recent Chilean history (we know past history) and learning about protests, the significance of murals in the society and culture was very interesting and gives us more enjoyment when traveling. We felt safe riding on the bike paths and streets and the bikes were comfortable and well maintained. Highly recommend.

A wonderful and interesting way to see the city - Such a lovely trip and so fascinating to learn about culture, history and politics in just the right level of detail, as well as seeing some of the cool and beautiful neighbourhoods of Santiago. Alejandra (Andrea) was a perfect and knowledgeable guide, giving us an intimate and personal perspective of her home city. A real treat and we’d highly recommend.

Great way to learn and visit - Great way to see the city. The staff were excellent. Communication was very good and were always looked after very well especially where there was traffic. Good value for money. Enjoyable afternoon. Also very educational regarding current affairs in Chile

Informative, historic and recreational tour - My guy did a wonderful trip leading me through the Santiago area, pointing out various historic buildings and sites parks and restaurants. She also gave a history of the political situation in Chile, giving a different viewpoint.
