One of the best experiences you can have in Providence! - My wife and I took a guided Providence Walking Tour with Sarah yesterday and learned all about the literary history of the city. Sarah did a great job explaining the connections between the industrial side of Providence and how it influenced writers like Edgar Allen Poe and HP Lovecraft, among others. As someone who's lived in Providence for many years, I have to admit that her range of knowledge about different literary entities was vast but she did a great job of keeping the information accessible! The East Side, where the tour took place, is a beautiful part of the city and as someone who lives on the other side of the highway, I never get the chance to explore that area so it made the tour all the better. Now that I know so much more about it, I can't wait to visit the Providence Athenaeum when it opens again to the public. A great COVID safe way to spend an afternoon in Providence.

Exploring Providence - This is our 2nd time with experience Rhode Island tours. Olivia ran the booth and is very helpful in both booking and information! We WILL return again in the future. Rhode Island is filled with beautiful architecture and places, and our guide, Ted is knowledgeable, fun, and interactive on each tour! There is so much to do on each visit. We can't wait for our next time to "Experience Rhode Island"!
