Surabaya/Malang - Madakaripura - Mt Bromo area

Surabaya - The driver will collect you from any hotel in Surabaya/Malang, the Airport, or the Train Station, depending on your arrival time, and proceed to Madakaripura Waterfall.

Madakaripura Waterfall - Arrive at Madakaripura Waterfall at 13:00 for a guided exploration. By 14:30, continue to the Mount Bromo area for check-in at Gubuk Ndeso Homestay (or similar), arriving around 15:30 to relax. In the evening, at 18:30, the guide will escort you to a nearby restaurant for dinner (not included), before returning to the homestay at 19:30 to prepare for the early morning pick-up.

Mount Bromo Sunrise - Tumpak Sewu Waterfall area

Mount Bromo - The adventure begins at 02:30 with a jeep ride to the Sunrise Viewpoint, arriving around 03:30 to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while awaiting the enchanting Bromo sunrise at 04:30. Afterwards, continue to Widodaren Hill for stunning photos before heading to the jeep parking area and taking a 45-minute walk (or optional horse ride) up Mount Bromo to admire its smoking crater. By 08:30, return for breakfast at Lava View restaurant, then head back to the homestay to freshen up and prepare for check-out. At 11:30, the journey continues with a scenic 4-hour drive to Lumajang, home to the magnificent Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, with an optional stop for lunch along the way.

Pronojiwo - Arrive in Lumajang at 15:30 and check in at your homestay (Tumpak Sewu Bungalows or similar). In the evening, around 18:00, you may choose to enjoy dinner at a nearby restaurant before returning at 19:00 to rest and prepare for the waterfall adventure the next morning.

Tumpak Sewu Waterfall - Bondowoso (city before Ijen)

Tumpak Sewu Waterfall - Begin the day early with breakfast at 05:30 before heading out for a short drive to Tumpak Sewu Waterfall. By 06:40, start the trek with your guide, descending to the base of the falls and visiting the hidden Tetes Cave—ensure you have sturdy footwear for the hike. After taking in the breathtaking views, return to the homestay around 10:30 to check out, then continue the journey at 11:30 with a four-hour drive to Bondowoso near Mount Ijen, stopping for lunch along the way.

Bondowoso - Arrive in Bondowoso around 15:30 and check in at your hotel (Riverside Homestay or Grand Padis Hotel). At 18:00, the guide will accompany you to a local restaurant for dinner before returning to the hotel by 19:00 to rest and prepare for the midnight pick-up.

Bondowoso - Ijen - Ketapang Ferry Port/Surabaya/Malang

Ijen Crater - Depart at 00:05 for Paltuding, the starting point for Mount Ijen, with a two-hour drive. Around 02:00, begin the guided hike to the summit, where you’ll descend to witness the captivating blue flames before sunrise and admire the stunning acid lake. By 06:00, trek back down to the parking area and enjoy your hotel’s packed breakfast. At 07:30, continue the journey to your hotel in Bondowoso.

Surabaya - At 11:00, check out from the hotel and return to Surabaya or Malang, with the option of a drop-off at Surabaya Airport. For guests heading to Ketapang Port, Banyuwangi, direct transport will be provided after the Ijen tour, without returning to the hotel.
