Friendly and knowledgeable guide. Pleasant day discovering mount Bromo and the waterfall. Recommended - We couldn't take the sunrise trip but we had a beautiful day at mount Bromo because it was not crowded at all, so we were really lucky. All aspects of the trip were smoothly organised

Great experience - My wife and I went for a day trip. It was a great experience. Our tour guide Layla was excellent. She spoke very good English and had excellent knowledge of the area. She made sure that we were comfortable and tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible.

Incredible experience with awesome guide - We only had one day in Surabaya, so we wanted to make the most of it. This trip definitely let us do it! In just one day we were able to visit the incredible waterfalls and the amazing mount bromo. The organization was excellent, so we didn’t lose any time. Our guide, Layla, was super nice and explained us very interesting things. Her level of English was fantastic! The driver didn’t speak English, but he dedicated us his bests smiles :) In general, very recomendable experience!

Amazing one day tour on Mount Bromo and Madakaripura Waterfall - We had an amazing experience with this tour. Booking through WhatsApp with Stanley from the agency was incredibly easy, even at the last minute. Our guide, Nita, was extremely flexible and accommodating. Before starting the tour, she provided us with plenty of information so we could decide what would work best for us. Throughout the entire day, she remained helpful, friendly, and positive. Her knowledge and enthusiasm truly made the tour exceptional. Highly recommended!

Best guide in Surabaya - I am writing to congratulate Laila who was an exceptional guide absolutely beyond expectations, she is very prepared and has always answered all our questions and curiosities, with her we really spent an unforgettable day and she certainly left an indelible memory of our trip. Mount Bromo departing at 9.00 am from Surabaya: beautiful tour! - Beautiful tour carried out comfortably starting from Surabaya at 9.00 in the morning and returning to the hotel at 7.00. I preferred to avoid the Madakaripura waterfalls to fully and calmly enjoy the beautiful Mount Bromo. I didn't want to do the dawn tour with an evening/night departure and I'm fully satisfied with it. Normal car from Surabaya on the highway, then towards Bromo with a series of curves and counter curves until reaching the Toyota which was waiting to travel a final sandy stretch. Then a long walk, stairs and finally at the top of Bromo: spectacular! Only the sound of the crater could be heard! Met a total of 6/10 other tourists in total. A special mention goes to the excellent guide Nita, very courteous, prepared and very attentive to any need with whom it is pleasant to do the excursion (and she is also an excellent photographer if you need...). I also liked the driver for his cautious and calm driving. I had doubts and thought that Bromo could be "enjoyed" and visited only at sunrise or sunset: I absolutely changed my mind that with the quiet and daylight it is truly beautiful. And the company I turned to is totally reliable and professional. Have a nice trip to Bromo even during the day where there will be almost only you!

Beautiful views with no tourists. - Highly recommend this tour. Most do the sunrise tour, but we experienced no tourists and a beautiful day and even got to see Semaru volcano blow ash. Our guide was awesome and helped us have a truly awesome tour of Mt Bromo and the surrounding area—great knowledge and very accommodating.
