Seats & Luggage: The van accommodates up to 8 passengers. When fully occupied, large or additional bags may not fit. Each passenger is allowed 1 medium suitcase (60×40×30 cm) and 1 personal item. With fewer passengers, there is naturally more room for luggage.

Personal Item: Each passenger is permitted to bring 1 personal item, such as a handbag, laptop bag, or small backpack, that can be held on their lap.

Waiting Time: 60 minutes at airports, 15 minutes at other locations.

• Waiting & Delays: Free waiting included. Extra waiting for a fee. No-shows = no refund. Flight delays covered up to 2 hours.
• Luggage & Seating: Van seats up to 8. At full capacity, each passenger may bring only 1 medium suitcase (60×40×30 cm) + 1 personal item; large or extra bags may not fit. Fewer passengers = more space.
