2. Pre-Trip Arrangements
   The transfer company assigns a driver and vehicle based on the booking details. The driver receives passenger information and monitors flight status (for airport pickups) to accommodate delays or early arrivals. Customers may receive a reminder or reconfirmation before the transfer.

3. Pickup Process
   Airport Transfers:

• The driver arrives at the airport before the scheduled landing time.
• At Istanbul (IST) Airport, an assistant will be waiting outside Exit Gate 14, holding a sign with “M55”.

Hotel or City Pickups:

• The driver arrives at the designated hotel or address on time. Relax and wait in the lobby for the driver to find you.
• Customers are notified via phone or WhatsApp upon arrival.
• The driver assists with loading luggage before departure.

   The transfer is conducted in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. The driver ensures a smooth and safe ride, following the best routes to the destination.

5. Drop-Off & Completion
   The driver arrives at the final destination (hotel, airport, or city) as scheduled. Luggage is unloaded, and passengers are assisted as needed. Customers may be asked to confirm the service was completed satisfactorily. For airport drop-offs, the driver ensures the customer reaches the correct terminal.

6. Feedback & Follow-Up
   Customers may receive a follow-up message requesting feedback. If payment was not prepaid, the final amount is settled with the driver in cash. The transfer company logs the service as completed and prepares for future bookings.
