• For Europe and local flights, we recommend the client books their pickup time 3 hours & 30 minutes from their scheduled flight departure time.
• Pick up time will be confirmed with the local supplier before the travel date. Once booking has been confirmed, the local supplier will reach out to you to confirm your preferred pick up time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
