Great Service! - Alexandra was great! I was contacted prior to arrival to confirm my pickup, she was waiting when our flight landed, and provided a smooth ride to our destination. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them the next time that I am in Medellion.

Dependable, affordable and great communication! - This company!!! Love love love!! They are fantastic! We used this company throughout the week for large group transportation. They were waiting at the airport when we arrived and got us to our rental home at a very reasonable price. We also used them to return. We decided at the last minute to ride the cable cars in Medellin, and contacted them at 7pm. They were able to arrange transportation for our group of 15 for the following morning. Our driver was able to give us safety advice, accompany us to a bank for safety, and arrange our cable car tickets for us. Their drivers always come a little early and the communication through WhatsApp is fantastic - they promptly reply to all questions. The security and dependability of this company is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

They never showed up!!! - Once we arrived at the airport, after having already sent our arrival time and itinerary, the company never bothered to show up. When we called (3x), nobody ever answered or called us back. We were contacted by email the following day and told "there is always a car there". I have asked for a refund since and it's been two weeks without a reply so we're now disputing the charge with the credit card company. Don't waste your time or money with these people!!!
