Discomfort ride - 4 adults have to squeezed into the back seat as our luggages could not fit into the boot which I had already informed the operator that we have 6 luggages. The 45 mins ride was so uncomfortable as 2 hand luggages had to take the front passenger seat. The driver was also not familiar with the airport as he took us walking around to get to his parked car.

Never showed - Next time I will hire a taxi This transfer was booked over seven months ago. Our party of four arrived at Orley airport expecting this transfer to pick us up. When I try to phone and text the provider, the phone number was not valid. We search the airport arrivals for 45 minutes and a lot of anguish. After one hour, we held a taxi to take us to our destination hotel. After arriving at the hotel, I received a note via TripAdvisor that they refunded my money. We did not receive a phone call, a text, or a message from the provider, letting us know they would not be there. I do believe that next time we will just grab a taxi!
