   • If departing from Amsterdam Cruise Port, include your ship’s name and address (if applicable).

2. Pre-Departure Confirmation:

   • On the day of travel, your driver will reach out via WhatsApp or SMS to confirm, sharing their name and license plate.

3. Pickup Process at Schiphol Airport:

   • After retrieving luggage, proceed via the escalator inside the airport to Departure Hall 3, and exit through Door B. Your driver will be there with a sign displaying your name. Note that there is a complimentary waiting time of 70 minutes post-flight arrival. Flight monitoring is provided even in case of delays or changes.
   • For Meet & Greet service, simply mention it in the booking comments, and the driver will meet you directly at the arrival hall.
