Helpful and efficient ride - This company was great and went above and beyond to accommodate our changing schedule due to cancelled flights. Viator told me I was not able to cancel for a refund even though it wasn’t quite 24 hours before my scheduled pick up. They did give me the operator’s WhatsApp number. They had no problem rescheduling for the next day. Then, when the second flight was canceled, they again were very attentive and confirmed our airport pick up. As soon as we landed, I had a message from the excellent driver, Benny. He helped with our luggage to the car (BMW wagon) and into the hotel lobby. He told us history of Palermo and pointed out sights along the way. We got to the city centre very quickly, too. Do not hesitate to book your rides around Palermo with this company!

Best transfer experience in 17 years of giving tours - I have used many transfer companies in 17 years. And this company by far exceeded communication prior to and during our transport. Generally, communication is minimal and only through the booking app, email, text and Whatsapp. Upon landing I knew the driver was at the airport. He knew because he asked when we arrived it. Palermo Transfer for Couple - Excellent service, very easy to use. I had prebooked before I arrived in Sicily, had sent some queries before I booked all answered in a clear efficient manner. When we landed we had a text letting us know the driver was there and waiting for us in the airport which meant we weren't hanging around waiting and gave clear instructions where he'd be. Our driver was exceptionally friendly and helpful, chatted with us as we asked various questions about the area, things to do, places to eat etc which made us feel very welcomed. When we got to our accommodation we had a bit of a hiccup with accessing it, but our driver helped us work through that too, which after a full day of travelling was very much appreciated. For our return journey, our driver arrived promptly, and we had the same driver who had collected us from the airport which was a nice touch. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Sicily.

Palermo Airport Transfer - Transfer Airport Palermo was great - booking was super easy online (would recommend booking directly through their website), and we were able to communicate effectively with the driver ahead of our arrival on WhatsApp as our flight time had to be changed due to a delay. They were super flexible about this, which we really appreciated - especially as our flight situation was stressful to begin with! We had no issues with finding our driver, and getting to Palermo was quick. I would highly recommend them for a fairly-priced private airport transfer!
