I had an excellent... - I had an excellent experience with this private transport company in London. Our driver arrived... - Our driver arrived promptly and was very courteous. He was safe and attentive behind the wheel and in spite of terrible traffic made our experience pleasant by his calm and composed demeanor. We use aviator rovate transfers for all our international travel needs.

Carlos' communication was... - Carlos' communication was good but he was late. Our flight did arrive an hour early but he should have been watching the flight time. He arrived with a sign stating my first and last name but I had specifically requested not to have my last name listed on the sign at the airport. This may not be because of him. Maybe Viator did not pass that information on to him. Then we had to walk a long way to the car. Even worse, we had to sit 40 minutes in this vehicle that wreaked of cigarette smoke. He did help with onebof our bads and gave us water. Lastly, he told us London was no longer safe for a few reasons and that a kid is stabbed once a week. Mind you I was traveling with 2 kids.

Not great - Not great communication before the flight to ensure where to meet. Driver was not waiting with sign when we do arrive. Nor was he cheerful - no “hello” when we finally found him. They sent an uncomfortable large bus/van for two people. All in all just okay. Not a friendly welcome to London!
