Transfer from Heathrow to London Hotel. - Disappointed that after a long overnight flight from the states that our driver was not there to meet us. He was about a half hour late. Seemed like all the other drivers were able to be there on time to pick up their rides.

Overpriced - This experience was over priced compared to a Taxi. The driver was very nice but had a bad cold or allergies & was coughing the entire ride which made us very uncomfortable.

A horrible experience! - The driver picked us up in an old white van. This is not representative of your add. He drove like a crazy man gunning and slamming on the breaks. Things were flying all over the back seat. The driver had an attitude when he picked us up at Heathrow. He kept telling us to hurry. We were not walking slowly. I gave him the name and address of the hotel (the same one I made the reservation for). He took us to the wrong hotel and told us we should get out there. We said “no”. Our hotel was only a block away. We told him how to get there. We finally made it. I was actually about to throw up from the rough ride. (I don’t typically get motion sickness)
