The driver will meet the passenger at the airport pickup area, hotel reception, or port arrival area. The driver will hold a sign with your name and have a contact number to reach you if you can’t see the sign. Additionally, the driver will send the vehicle number and their contact information to the passenger in advance. The transfer begins at the airport arrival and ends at the hotel reception, or vice versa if starting from the hotel. For groups of more than four passengers, a Mercedes Vito, V-Class, or EQV will be used. For groups of four or fewer, a VW ID.4 or Tesla will be provided. We offer both airport and intercity transfers.

Once you arrive the chauffeur will greet you and take you to car. he/she will assist with your luggage and confirm with you your desination. once passenger onboard he will drive and drop you at hotel or destination as planned. There will be water and charger provided in car. Driver will also give you some city tour information if you are first time there and like to explore Stockholm. We are flexible based on our availability and on prior planning if passenger need to change trip we will help to do that with out additional cost but based on our availability.
