GOOD - It's a 3-hour drive. There is a meadow an hour and a half in a buffet where you have time to eat something on site or buy things for the rest of the trip, at this stop you are just halfway

BAD EXPERIENCE - I booked the shared transfer from Galiao Airport in Rio de Janeiro to Buzios and back from Buzios to airport.
They told me that the trip was direct from Rio to Buzios, and that it took about 3 hours and a half as we went to drop off other passengers to their hotels, which was fine with me. But unfortunately the other passengers of the vehicle were going to Cabo Frio, therefore the 3 1/2-hour journey was transformed into a 5 1/2-hour journey.
I was told that the trip would take place in a "COMFORTABLE VAN". But the vehicle had a capacity for 3 comfortable passengers, but we were 5 passengers outbound and 6 passengers back. The trip was exhausting. On the way I had to go in the third row of seats, where I didn’t have a bit of room to stretch my legs, and in a journey of more than 5 hours it became unbearable.
On the return it was worse as we were 6 passengers plus the driver, so we all arrived sore from the little space we had.
They told me we could carry a maximum of one bag per passenger. Luckily we were carrying only one and carry-on bags, because in the VAN there was no possibility to put 6 bags (adding those of the other passengers). Point by point is that the backpacks had to be carried on top of us.
The driver who touched us on the way back was in a very bad mood, he didn’t speak any Spanish, at one point he swerved out of the way without explaining anything, absolute silence, and the truth us a little scared.
The person who met us at the airport on arrival was also in a very bad mood, spoke no Spanish and gave us no indication. Lucky we found the NPV to leave. She showed up at the end.
I point out the language because in the description of the service they indicate that both drivers and staff speak Spanish, which they did not.
In short, I would not re-engage the service or recommend it.

Beware of Unstated luggage restrictions - Our driver Junior was very nice and helpful. However the company should describe its service and limitations better. I booked a “minivan” for 6 people from airport to Buzios. In actuality it was a suv that could fit 3-4 people in the back and 1 person up front. They charged a fee to change pick up location which was fair. No where in their description did they state a limit for the amount of luggage that was allowed. Assuming they were originally picking up from the airport I assumed luggage’s would be included. The day before pick up while confirming on WhatsApp I advised that we had 5 luggages and 3 carryons. They then advised that their vehicle only takes 5 carryons. They did not offer solution or offer to refund. The next day they came to pickup with an suv and advised we had exceeded luggage limitations (that was not listed in their description prior to booking). They offered a 2nd car to which we agreed to pay an additional fee. After waiting 30 minutes for the 2nd car they advised that they had no 2nd car available. Then we attempted to book a 2nd car on uber on our own. After WE waited for THEM to bring a 2nd car, they sent a message stating that WE took too long and WE exceeded the wait limit.

Apprehensive - I had a problem with the return, the contractor was supposed to pick me up at 8 am and 3 pm, the day before I received an advance message for 4 am, this caused problems at the airport, arriving 4 hours before my departure and I didn't return with the previously contracted mozio, another company brought me.
