Your chauffeur will be there to greet you with a sign displaying your name. Once in the vehicle, you will be offered water, soft drinks, or adult beverages, depending on the vehicle booked. The chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. You also have the option of a complimentary 30-minute stop at a grocery or liquor store. Upon arrival, the chauffeur will assist with your luggage and provide help to any passengers needing extra care when exiting the vehicle.

Cruise Port Pick-ups: An email confirmation will be sent to you detailing the service specifics. Your chauffeur will meet you at the main gates of the terminal exit with a sign displaying your name. Once in the vehicle, you will be offered water, soft drinks, or adult beverages, depending on the vehicle booked. The chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. Upon arrival, the chauffeur will assist with your luggage and provide help to any passengers needing extra care when exiting the vehicle.

Your chauffeur will inform the hotel bellman of your name, and the bellman will notify the chauffeur once you have identified yourself. For non-hotel pick-ups, the chauffeur will either ring the gate or doorbell or call/text you to announce their arrival. The chauffeur will load your luggage and assist any passengers requiring special care to enter and exit the vehicle. The chauffeur will take a scenic route and ensure timely drop-off at the airport.
