Best experience ever! - My husband and I spent 2 weeks traveling throughout the Mediterranean and this experience was the highlight of our trip!! Communication before arriving was consistently timely and personalized. Pickup was convenient, easy, and right on time. From the moment Helena picked us up, we felt welcomed and invited. It was just the two of us in the class -- and it was not like a "classroom" at all, but like a gathering with family. We spent the afternoon with Helena and Giacomo in their kitchen and on their beautiful organic farm. We learned so much about the land, the culture, and the food of the region, and of course about pasta making! They set an absolutely incredible table under the trees on the property overlooking the Tuscan hillside where we shared the lunch we made together along with other local delights. The pasta fed our bellies and the experience fed our hearts. Thank you Helena and Giacomo for a beautiful experience that we treasure for a lifetime and knowledge that we will share with our kids and family back home.

Absolutely amazing authentic Tuscan experience - What an incredible experience at a beautiful farm in Tuscany where the entire family spend the day with you in their home on their farm. The past making is incredible, the food out of this world and the experience is mind blowing. Definitely recommended place to learn to make pasta and spend time with a Tuscan family.

1000% Recommend - Tasty pasta, great hosts! - My family decided to do the evening cooking class and it was one of our favorite experiences in Italy. It was such an authentic experience in an Italian home. We had delicious snacks from the local markets and the most delicious pasta, which we learned to make, as well as tasty wine! They were also accommodating of all dietary restrictions, which was great. Everyone was so welcoming and warm and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. We hope to come back and learn a new recipe!

So fun! Highly recommend! - Amazing pasta class! Started with some local bites and wine before moving into making pasta by hand. We also learned how to use a pasta maker machine and a few different styles of pasta! We left with full hearts and stomachs. Everything was well organized and the property was absolutely beautiful. The experience included pickup to/from Pisa which was super convenient. Great experience if you’re looking for something fun to do near Pisa or Lucca!

More than just cooking - A real Italian experience! - This was by far the best cooking class we’ve ever taken! Helena and Giacomo welcomed us like family, inviting us into their kitchen to make pasta by hand while sharing stories about their lives and listening to ours. Afterward, Giacomo gave us a tour of the farm (chickens included!) before we sat outside under the trees for an unforgettable meal—local cheeses, olives, bread, our homemade pasta with Helena’s sauces, meats, dessert, and espresso. It was so much more than cooking. They made us feel like part of their extended family. Of everything we saw and did in Italy, this is the experience we talk about—and miss—the most. Amazing people, incredible food, and a memory we’ll never forget. Thank you, Helena and Giacomo!

Must-Do Pasta Making Experience - We only had one full day in Pisa. After seeing the tower we were picked up by Giacomo from central Pisa and driven to the farm. We were welcomed into their family home with local appetisers and wine and Elena told us about life on the farm and the local produce. Elena taught us how to make pasta by hand and using the pasta machine as well as different shapes. She then cooked a delicious meal using our pasta and we ate together with the couple outside with panoramic views of the local countryside. Thank you both for an unforgettable experience!

Amazing Experience - I cannot say enough good things about this experience. You start with a visit to an authentic Olive Tree grove where the inhabitants instruct you on the fine, hands-on technique of making pasta in their own kitchen. Then embark on a tour of the olive grove and organic farm while they cook up your pasta. Then to end the night, sit down to enjoy a fine, homemade dinner on a remote Tuscan hillside with gorgeous views. I cannot thank Giacomo, Elena, and Elvis enough. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Highly recommended.
