Amazing Driver - AMAZING!! Our driver Islam (Loma) was professional, knowledgeable, and a safe driver. He pointed out landmarks along our drive even though he didn’t have too.he made sure that we were comfortable and felt safe throughout our time with him as our driver. I would 1000% recommend Islam (Loma) and the company! it really helped to kick off our first day in Cairo.

Great service, did exactly what we wanted - The driver took us exactly where we wanted all day and also provided complimentary water. The car was nice and clean, good a/c and the right number of seat belts.

Great adventure - The driver was on time with a clean vehicle and pleasant personality. Between his broken english and my nonexistent Arabic we had a great adventure. I would use this comany again.

Professional driver and wonderful arrangement by the company - The company kindly arranged that we were accompanied by the same driver for two days. This arrangement was very helpful and smooth in carrying out our sightseeing schedule. Mr Mohammad, professional diver, was personable and we felt like friends, so it was a great experience to visit the sights on the second day with him with whom we had a rapport. Thanks!

Excellent professional driver - I planned to visit many different places from New Cairo to Dahshur, Sakkara, Memphis, GEM and a restaurant to see sunset in Pyramids area. My plan was so busy but our driver Mr Mohammad, managed it and suggested better plan. We was able to visit all places where we wanted to go. He is an excellent professional driver. Thank you Mr Mohammad. We were able to enjoy fully in Cairo and Gisa!

Not really what we signed up for - The driver was friendly and an excellent driver even in Cairo traffic. He did everything we asked of him The reason for my low score is that we booked an English speaking driver and he only spoke a few words of English. We managed with Google translate but it was not the same as being able to ask questions and discuss the best options for the day

We are a party of 4 and... - We are a party of 4 and the operator gave us a small sedan with a poorly functional aircon. I am expecting much better given the description of the service.

Upper Sky Tours no way - I booked my 1 day tour with private car to Dashur, Saqqara & Memphis on 30 Jan. I waited outside my hotel from 0950 as the confirmed pickup time was 1000. At 10.15 I returned inside my hotel & messaged Viator. Received advice from Upper Sky Tours (local operator) that driver was on their way. Driver showed up at 1130. He advised me that he had been allocated my tour 20mins prior to arrival which contradicts the operator's advice. At 1200 we suffered a flat tyre. The vehicle was not owned by the driver. It was a company vehicle & had no spare wheel. A replacement car & driver arrived at 1240. All this wasted time forced me to rush my visits to Dashur & Saqqara to hopefully fit in Memphis but to no avail. I would strongly urge Viator to pursue some monetary compensation for the poor service that I suffered at the hands of the local operator. My day was filled with frustration and anger.
