A truly excellent level of service - highly recommend - We had booked a driver for the day as we wanted to do some things that are not part of standard tours - including some souvenir shopping and visiting the Pitons. The overall experience was excellent - our driver Roland was entertaining and knowledgeable, taking us to some extra places off the beaten path. The overall service (booking, payment processing etc.) from the company was also first class.

Trip to Marigot Bay - I had an exceptional experience with Fram Tours' Saint Lucia private tours service. I chose the private tour to Marigot Bay, and it exceeded my expectations. Fantastic Service - I contacted Fram tours last minute in the evening the day before I need to get somewhere, and not only did he promptly respond in minutes, but payment was straightforward too (I was able to use PayPal). The following day I had nothing to worry about as Fidel was both prompt and professional. I even got to where I needed to go early with a chance to stop for a bite to eat both on the way and back at the end of my all-day tour based on his recommendations! I thoroughly enjoyed the service and conversation and would highly recommend them to anyone! You won't be disappointed

Excellent Experience- Highly recommend - I absolutely loved this car service. This company communicated extremely well from my arrival all the way until my departure. I felt safe and they were very knowledgeable about St. Lucia as a whole. We used their car service during our entire duration. From airport transportation to evening a night out on the town. Great taxi service - Great service! Fidel was prompt and on time for our transfer from our hotel in Gros Islet to our hotel in Soufreire, as well as our airport transfer! It was a good price, and car was clean and well serviced. Best of all Fidel is a really great guy and we enjoyed speaking with him & learning about St Lucia! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a taxi service or tours while on the island

Excellent service - I used FRAM tours and taxi services for an airport transfer to Hewanorra International Airport. The service was excellent. Courteous, professional and overall top notch service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service myself again and would highly recommend it to anyone requiring tour and taxi services in Saint Lucia.
