The service rate includes gasoline, driver, and insurance, but excludes driver’s tips, toll fares, parking fees, entrance tickets, and other additional charges. The rate may be adjusted due to factors such as rising fuel costs, taxes, minimum wages, foreign currency fluctuations, and more.

Confirmation: After the customer selects their preferred service and completes the payment, a confirmation email from Viator will be sent with booking details and information about the pickup location and time.

Pickup: On the service day, the driver will arrive at the specified pickup location as per the booking confirmation. The driver will transport the customers to their destination within the Yogyakarta area only.

Journey: The transport service will take customers to their desired location, and the company may provide an estimated journey time. However, the company is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond their control, such as breakdowns or traffic congestion.

Drop-off: Upon completing the journey, the driver will drop off the customers at their destination. Customers should ensure they have all their belongings before leaving the vehicle, as the company is not responsible for any lost items or damages incurred during the journey.

Overtime: If the rental duration exceeds the time limit, an overtime fee of IDR 145,000 per hour will be charged. This additional fee must be paid directly to the driver.

Vehicle Specification: The company reserves the right to provide a vehicle of larger capacity or higher specification than required at no extra charge. Additionally, the company may substitute a vehicle from another operator, provided the size and facilities are of comparable standard.
