Great driver and clean car - We had Omar he was very friendly and got us to our villa in a timely manner. He gave us advice on where to go and attractions around.

My flight was delayed but... - My flight was delayed but the team was ready and waiting for me on arrival. It was a smooth ride with a phenomenal driver who offered enough convo to get acquainted but not too much to overwhelm me or invade my privacy. He was very polite, and patient.

The best airport car service! - Took Reggae Tours to and from the airport as we have several times now. The Toyota Crown cars are clean and comfortable. More than two people and you can get a Suburban for just a little more. We were given bottles of water and Red Stripe (I might’ve paid extra for the beer, cannot remember) and some snack bags of plantain chips. Our drivers were both very friendly and would chat as much or as little as we wanted about the island, its form of government, the way they do things, the weather, local places, or even Bob Marley if you insist. Just ask early and they will find places to stop where you can get more beer or supplies for your trip (don’t forget to offer to buy them a water or juice too!) Also, both times we’ve been for our anniversary they’ve shown up with a personalized “Happy Anniversary” sign on the windshield! (That’s more than the premier resort that we have been dedicated to for almost 20 years did for us this time around.) Thanks again for another great service!

Excellent Service with a Smile! - We used Reggae Tours for three transfers -- from the Airport to Zoetry, Zoetry to Moon Palace Ocho Rios and then Moon Palace to Jewel Grande Montego Bay. We had the same driver, Mr. Wilson, for all our pickups and he became a friend. He was prompt and personable and went out of his way to take care of us -- even dropping off to pick us up some authentic Jamaican patties and also stopping by a shop so we could purchase some playing cards. He was so knowledgable about the area and shared interesting facts with us along the 90-minute drives to/from Ocho Rios. He is not only an excellent driver but very kind and always greeted us with a smile. We could not have asked for better service! I am a travel professional and will definitely use Reggae tours for all my personal trips to Jamaica and for my clients traveling in the area. I can't recommend them enough -- they are my go-to for all things Jamaica!!

Memorable transfer in Jamaica - We were very disgruntled and tired when we arrived, having been delayed 4 hours in Philidelphia, courtesy of American Airlines. Our driver was very sweet and an excellent driver. Rain was falling and dusk was setting in, yet he got us to our destination in under 1 hour 45 minutes, the scheduled time. The pick-up was even better, mainly because we were relaxed and awake. We asked our driver many questions about Jamaica, our first visit, and he was very knowledgeable and humorous. Will Use Again - We just returend from Jamaica. We utilized the services of Reggae Tours for transport to and from Montego Bay Airport to Sandals Dunns River. The company was quick to respond and gave detailed information on pickup locations and times. They were flexible in their time schedule with us as well. Our driver Oshane (who drove us both ways), was excellent. He was professional and informative. He made the 1 1/2hr trip go by much faster. The vehicle was clean and perfect for the ride. We would definitely use them again.

GREAT!!! - We had a private transfer to and from the airport and resort for our vacation!!! It was the best!!! Our driver was very friendly and very knowledgeable with giving us all the Jamaican history and any information we wanted to know!!! Will defiantly be using this service again for our next trip to Jamaica! Cant say enough positive things!! It was great!!!
