1. The driver’s name, contact number, and plate number will typically be provided one day prior to your arrival.

2. Upon arrival, the driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the luggage claim area in the arrival lobby, holding a sign with your name for easy identification.

3. A complimentary waiting time of up to 2 hours is offered, starting from the actual landing time of the flight. This duration is generally sufficient for passengers to clear customs and collect their luggage. If you do not appear within the waiting period and cannot be reached, the car will be forfeited without a refund. An overtime waiting fee of USD5 or RMB35 per half hour per car applies, payable in cash to the driver.

4. The hotel should be situated in the downtown area (within the Middle Ring Zone of Shanghai). An additional charge may apply for locations outside this range.
