Magnificent - At the time of arrival they were already waiting for us which was quite comfortable, they gave us all the information we required about the place, we acquired sim card and everything in perfect condition. The vehicle in perfect condition and very nice.

Grateful for the round trip transfer. - The transfer service from the airport to Grand Bavaro, was excellent; on time, we felt accompanied and safe. Car for 9 people in excellent condition and comfort.

Great experience - Wonderful when we needed changes in pick up times due to flight delay for our group of 12 people. I highly recommend this company!

Just okay - On our return trip, the car arrived 35 minutes after the scheduled time. We were waiting with little kids which was not very pleasant. Otherwise it was not bad service. But that 35 minutes delay caused the driver to drive pretty fast so we don't miss our flight.

Go with DAT instead - Terrible. They were late to pick us up. They had the wrong address taken down. They didn't have the car seat they were supposed to have. The van was very old and run down so not recommend

Bad customer service - Me and my wife was not picked up from the airport and we would like a refund of our money. We came to punta Cana rescheduled our trip want to go for transportation to the resort our flight came in late I made contact with the transportation company and me and my wife was wasn't picked up from the airport to get to the resort and I had to pay another taxi driver to get us to the resort.

WORST PICK UP COMPANY EVER SILKY SANDS - Thr pick up from the airport to hotel was horrible. We're in Dominican Republic and told yes our driver will be waiting, will have a sign with your name, on vehicle too. we searched for this individual and was on a total poppies side of where pick ups were done. he was sitting in thr van, not a single name on the vehicle, no name for us to see he is with SILKY SANDS. 40 mins of trying to get someone to help us FINALLY find him. saying it eas an emergency. so basically you weren't here on time. Next! lets talk about pickup from hotel to airport. NON EXISTING! we had 1 date scheduled, flight was canceled due to Debbie so flight changed. I made SILKY SANDS aware they VIATOR so I have thr conversations where SILKY SANDS agreed pickup up for 1030am following day. Then 10:58 am and still noone! I had to pay AGAIN for another taxi. I immediately was in the phone with Viator who was ci tasting them for me. EVEN VIATOR REPRESENTATIVE SAID THEY HUNG UP ON HIM!! I requested refund and they're doing investigation.

This is a thieving, dishonest and crooked company who are just out to scam you...... - Absolutely awful company avoid at all costs. Pre booked transfer online prior to travelling and was provided a price of $120us for a return journey from the airport Riu resort and back at the end of our holiday. Upon arrival they were nowhere to be seen and no transfer was waiting for us, after making enquiries an employee appeared and told us the car was on the way and we had to wait, it took 30mins for the car to arrive. At this point our cases were loaded and a payment of $150us was requested when I told them the agreed price online was $120 he simply said the online price didn't include extras, after sowing our confirmation email that the agreed price was all in and there was no mention of extra charges they reluctantly accepted the agreed $120us and took us to our hotel. When the time came to come home I messaged the company the day prior to confirm the pick up time only for my message to be ignored, I sent multiple messages via the wats app number on the day of our departure but despite this they did not turn up for our return journey. They simply left us at our hotel and we had to resort to arranging alternative transport to the airport which resulted in us almost missing our flight home. This is a thieving, dishonest and crooked company who are just out to scam you, avoid them like the plague........
