Nezrond was an amazing... - Nezrond was an amazing tour guide. My friend and I felt extremely safe and well taken care of with him during our time in Jamaica. Not only does nezrond take you to and from the airport or excursions, he waits for you reassuring you that everything will be okay and he'll be there waiting for you when the excursion is over. He also captured really nice pictures and videos that my friend and I were not expecting to receive but are so grateful for. Book brain tours (nezrond) as your tour guide. My tour guide was Nezrond(hopefully I spelled it correctly)!!! Me and my daughter were first time travelers so we were a bit nervous not knowing what to expect. Nezrond greeted us with personalized signs and the biggest most welcoming smile 😊 He took care of us as if we were family 💚He provided us with safety, security and a sense of peace 🙏 He not only was our driver but also our photographer. He stopped along the way to the resort and allowed us to see some of the Jamaican culture, and experience some of the locals food. He took pictures for us with amazing views while still showing us top notch service. He opened doors for us, provided us with beverages and a clean transport every encounter. We arrived to the resort safely and the service was so good we booked again for a food tour. Nezrond took us to all the local food places and made sure that the locals didn't overcharge us. He then took us to the bird farm (Highly recommended). He took awesome photos of us and ensured that we had everything we needed!! Our trip was a success and I owe majority of it to him!! If you want a tour guide who cares about not only your safety, but your overall experience please choose Nezrond!! This is THEE tour/travel service! - From the moment we were picked up, we were met with the energy that would make you excited for your vacation. They put the custom in customer service. In addition to ensuring we got pictures and valuable information about our location, Nezram was one of the safest drivers in Jamaica. His prioritization of safety allowed for me to relax and enjoy the transportation and scenery. When traveling to a new place, it is hard to know whether you're getting an adequately priced service or being led astray. With Brain Tours, I felt the attention to detail and investment in our experience was intentional and well executed. I can only hope they continue to have success so if/when I return they're available to guide me in exploring more of the island.
