Wonderful experience - Our experience was awesome! We were met with our name displayed so no mistakes were made. Communication with the driver was very easy and efficient. Alex is the driver to request - Alex our driver messaged to let us know where he was before we had landed and was very friendly. The vehicle was a good size, clean and comfortable. You need Alex for transportation in Iceland! - Our entire experience with Alex was exceptional! He was easy to initially contact, texted in the morning to confirm his arrival, and then showed up early, and was happy to wait until we were ready, at which point, he met us in the lobby and took our bags to his car as we checked out. He was friendly, personable, and truly went above and beyond. We would highly recommend him for anyone in need of transportation in Iceland!

Terrible car service - The driver showed up about an hour late. The car was small and cramped. He could fit 3 suitcases in the trunk and had to put one in the front seat. Overall, it was a terrible car service. Not as advertised
