1. The driver team will reach out to you once you have landed.

2. Due to the airport’s busy nature, there are two pickup options:

   • The driver will wait in front of the indoor meeting hall with a name plate.
   • You can wait at the exit, and the driver will pick you up immediately (this is more convenient as it avoids walking to the parking lot).

3. The driver will wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes to allow time for immigration and customs clearance. If more time is needed, please contact us. As long as we can reach you, we will ensure the meeting happens.

4. Please inform us immediately if your flight is delayed or rescheduled to the next day. We provide additional services at no extra charge.

○ From Seoul

1. The driver will arrive in front of your hotel 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. Please ensure your meeting time is at least 3.5 hours before your boarding time. (For example, if your boarding time is 15:00, the meeting time should be 11:30.)

○ Luggage Allowance

• Each person is allowed one 24-inch suitcase. While we can accommodate more than one piece of luggage per person, we are not responsible if all luggage cannot be loaded.

○ Notes

• This is a one-way transfer service (either from Incheon Airport to Seoul or from Seoul to Incheon Airport).
• The journey from Incheon Airport to Seoul takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• The transfer service concludes upon arrival at the hotel or Airbnb.
