Terrible Business to use on Sunday - We were stranded at the Catania airport with no driver at 1030 pm at night. Due to our flight to Rome being delayed, and thus missing our initial flight to Catania, I was unable, due to lack of cell service while in the air, to call and let the service know we were delayed. I later was told I would have to rebook. So I rebooked for the later arrival time, only to have that reservation cancelled by the provider while flying to Catania because their drivers do not pick up late on Sunday night! How am I supposed to know this when making the reservation and getting confirmed? I am still awaiting a refund for this. I received one refund but not for the second occurrence that was cancelled by the driver. We ended up finding a taxi that took us to our hotel, which actually was cheaper than the cost of Viator.
