Once the Secrets Airport Transfer is booked, the reservation is entered into the system, and a driver is assigned to pick up and transport the guest to the Resort.

On the day of arrival, the driver will be at the airport in advance, waiting for the guest’s flight to land. After clearing customs and collecting luggage, guests should proceed to the SLASPA Information desk, where an agent will contact the driver to notify them that the guest is ready for pickup.

The driver will meet and greet the guest, assisting with luggage as they board the taxi. The journey begins, and during the drive, the driver will highlight key points of interest, offer recommendations for activities in St Lucia, and, if desired, stop at scenic viewpoints for photo opportunities.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the driver will assist once more with luggage, ensure nothing is left behind, and then depart from the property.
