Private car pickup Airport and Hotel - Asif was our driver from Buffalo airport to Marriott on the falls in Canada. He was very professional, car was clean, he kept us updated on time of pickup and drop off both ways. We would recommend his service.

Excellent service - It was excellent service. Viator communicated with me via text. Informed me who the driver was, his make, model color of car and license plate tag and driver’s picture. Zoran Radovan was my driver who informed me that he was tracking the flight information.His tracking was very helpful related to the flight was delayed departing. Zoran texted me not to worry about the delay and to text or called him after I picked up my baggage from baggage claim and to meet at pole 13. I followed his instructions and he arrived immediately. Zoran was very professional and had cold water for us to drink. I have a scheduled return trip to airport and I hope Zoran is available to transport me and my family.

Trip to Niagara falls - Asif driving company was amazing. I came to Niagara Falls for a proposal and his company made the pickup from the airport and drop off back at the airport smooth. I had no worries throughout the whole process. He sent me pics of the driver and car. They also tracked my flight to make sure they didn’t miss us. The whole process was pretty smooth.

The Best Experience 🤗 - Asif was extremely punctual, and I truly appreciated how well he stayed informed about our flight and arrival time. As soon as we landed, I immediately received a welcome message. The drive to our hotel was excellent—he is very friendly and highly knowledgeable about both Buffalo, New York, and Canada. He answered every question we had (and I had many!), which made the experience even better. On our departure date, Robby was was prompt, and communication was superb. Both drivers were exceptional, absolutely no worries from start to finish! I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. 🤗

A disappointing experience - In late March I talked to John Francis at Customer Service and explained that we were 4 adults with luggage coming off a cruise ship and wanted to see the Canadian side of Niagara Falls before our flight home on 5/30 at 3:25 pm. We wanted a driver to take us, stay with our luggage in his car while we looked and took pictures and return us to the airport in time for our flight home. First, J.Francis said drivers could not pick up at dock - that was fine, we would get to the airport for pick up. At first J.Francis did not fully understand our needs and I very clearly repeated what we would like to do. In the end of our conversation, J.Francis said all this would be added to our reservation. The driver (Asia) texted us that he could pick us up at the cruise dock which was fine - that even saved him a lot of driving time. When we met him on 5/30, promptly at 8:30 am, we wasted 45 minutes!! discussing our itinerary. He claimed he did not understand the process? The driver wanted to drop us with our luggage and he would find us another ride back!! Not acceptable as the whole point of our plan was not to have to drag suitcases around while we viewed the Falls!! He finally said we could have 30 minutes at the Falls as he had other appointments that day. Hardly enough time to get even a few pictures from several vantage points! Very disappointed in the whole situation. Certainly not the value we were expecting.
