An excellent tour with an excellent guide - An excellent tour, with an excellent Guide,Norman, that enabled us to get a good overview of Pretoria in only 4 hours - which was all we had available Nothing was too much trouble for Norman and he was friendly and helpful from the outset I would strongly recommend Norman and this tour

Great tour of a wonderful city - I wanted to see Pretoria to learn about its history and its contemporary status. My guide was Norman. He arrived at the designated pick-up time at my hotel. Norman was friendly but courteous, and he knew the city's history and its culture. I learnt a lot about the city and about South African culture.

Amazing - This was a fantastic tour !! We don't have much time here and Samora was a great guide, answering all our questions and keeping us on schedule lol . He certainly was patient with all the pictures we wanted to take. He made sure to mention everytime he felt like something would be a good picture, which was pretty much everything ! This is a gorgeous country and I'm glad that we had a guide that was very knowledgeable about the landscape and history of this beautiful land.

Informative Pretoria morning - Very punctual, comfortable car and very knowledgeable. We’d take a tour with Pastar again. He went out of his way to help look find my misplaced sunglasses after he dropped us off.

Pleasant tour of Pretoria - The tour covers at least four important sites around Pretoria. Most fascinating was the guide's in-depth explanation of historical stories depicted on the inner sculptured walls of the Voortrekker Monument. I greatly appreciated the benefit of having a guide with me versus going it alone. The guide was quite friendly, and personable and communicates a wealth of knowledge about the places visited.

Great personalized tour for a solo traveller - Great guide. The personalized touch was great. The views were fantastic and the history given on each monument was very helpful. As a solo traveller I felt protected and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this

Ms - I had a solo tour travel to Pretoria Vooltreker Museum, Kruger Museum/Statue and the iunion building and the experience was great as the tour guide was quite knowledgeable and l learnt a lot as well as given info on other historical buildings in Pretoria. I was also taken on s general tour of Pretoria. I would recommend anyone to use Nhlalala travel. They give you an experience of a lifetime.

Very informative tour, learned a lot - During a brief stopover in Johannesburg, I decided to take a city tour of Pretoria because I knew little about the place and its history. I wasn't disappointed. Guide Norman was full of useful knowledge and told the story from the beginning to present day. It was like a history lesson! I was lucky to get a private tour because nobody else booked. Norman provided a large bottle of water in the car, which was needed because it was a hot day. The highlight was the Voortrekker monument, which is a very impressive building and my guide told me the whole story of the Voortrekkers and showed me every inch of the monument. I enjoyed the part where we were in the main city square the least. It was very warm, we were in the bright sunlight in the middle of the day and the square was, by comparison to the other landmarks on the tour, the least interesting. One final minor criticism on the tour is that the airconditioning in the car did not seem to be able to cope with the temperature. This may be different when you have a tour with multiple people and I assume a van would be used.

Great guide but the trip felt a bit overpriced - It was a private tour with Pastor, who is incredibly knowledgeable (absolute 5/5). However, the trip felt a bit short, after 3,5h I was back in the hotel (including two drives of 30-40min each - Johannesburg-Pretoria and back). The only place that we stayed for longer was Voortrekker Monument, which we visited inside and walked around. Unfortunately Kruger's House, was unexpectedly closed (entry tickets were included in the tour's fee), so we only passed by. Other sites, also more passed by with car, or with a stop for a minute or two in front of it (couple more on the main square, to be fair). During the trip you see city from the car, rather than walking around. Also, since it was Saturday, we couldn't get close to Union Buildings (and Mandela's monument there). I wouldn't recommend do this trip on weekend (you won't be able to see Union Buildings from close). It felt a bit disappointing, very short for its price.
