Highlights
- Positano Boats - Meet and check in at our blue and white “Positano Boats” gazebo on Positano’s main beach, “Spiaggia Grande.” We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the tour’s scheduled departure at 9:00 am in Positano. Departures from Praiano are also available from La Gavitella beach or Marina di Praia beach.
- White Grotta - On your way to…
- Positano Boats - Meet and check in at our blue and white “Positano Boats” gazebo on Positano’s main beach, “Spiaggia Grande.” We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the tour’s scheduled departure at 9:00 am in Positano. Departures from Praiano are also available from La Gavitella beach or Marina di Praia beach.
- White Grotta - On your way to Capri, you’ll encounter the White Grotto. If sea conditions permit, your sailor will guide the boat into the stunning all-white cavity for photos.
- Natural Arch - Continue your Capri tour by admiring and passing through the historic Natural Arch.
- I Faraglioni - Sail under the Faraglioni rocks, one of Capri’s most romantic spots, perfect for photos and videos.
- Marina Piccola - Upon reaching Marina Piccola port, enjoy 4 hours of free time for lunch, exploring Capri’s center, and shopping. Your skipper will provide the meeting point and boarding time on the day of the tour.
- Green Grotta - If sea conditions allow, your sailor will take you to the enchanting Green Grotto to admire its crystal-clear waters.
- Punta Carena Lighthouse - Pass by Punta Carena and its lighthouse, located at Capri’s southwestern tip.
- Blue Grotto - Visiting the Blue Grotto* (entrance ticket not included) depends on weather and sea conditions. Our boat will stop at the cave entrance, where you’ll transfer to a small rowing boat operated by the Cooperative Battellieri of Capri. During high season, long queues may require a group decision to visit.
- Marina Grande Beach - View the village of Marina Grande with its colorful houses, shops, and boats from the Gozzo.
- Positano - On the return to Positano*, enjoy a relaxing swim in a beautiful bay with clear waters, as suggested by your skipper.
*If departing from Praiano, you may disembark there at the tour’s end.
Please note that the itinerary may change due to weather, sea conditions, or other factors. There is an option to tour the entire island before visiting it.

Great boat day! - We had a great experience on this boat tour! There was plenty of room for us on the boat. Our driver, Faulsto, was professional, very polite, and made everybody feel comfortable. We had another time in Capri and even got to go in the grotto! Highly recommend.

Fantastic Boating excursion! - This was a beautiful way to see the Amalfi coast and Capri. Our skipper was fantastic! We had plenty of good music and drinks aboard! We also had a great time swimming !
He took time to take great pictures of each family! I would definitely recommend this excursion!

I highly recommend this tour for seeing Capri and having a wonderful boat day. - We had an incredible day at sea. The weather was perfect, and our Captain, Francesco, was an excellent guide with extensive experience on the boat. We felt completely safe and in good hands. We visited all the most notable locations, and we were incredibly fortunate to make it into the Blue Grotto, which is sometimes closed. This is an ideal boat tour for anyone who wants to see Capri and enjoy a comfortable day on the water. I would also like to comment on the great communication before and during the trip. Highly recommend!

Amazing day! - Everything was fantastic! The captain was super helpful and explained different locations to the passengers. He made several stops for swimming and made sure everyone had a good time. Highly recommend this tour more. Caprì is gorgeous.

Fun day, good sized boat, nice guide - This experience was perfect for a day trip to Capri. We were lucky and only had 7 on our tour, so the boat was much less crowded than others. We had plenty of time on Capri and Anacapri to explore the whole island -- be aware, you will need lots of euros to get around via taxi on the island. Highly recommend you going up to the top of Anacapri on the chairlift. The view is stellar. We stopped to swim which was a highlight of the day. Our guide was knowledgeable and helpful.

Great day on the Mediterranean plus a visit to Capri - We were pickup on time in Praiano ….. Giuseppe, the captain, was very knowledgeable and so hospitable it was incredible …. He had a major impact on the tout … The boat ride is great; we saw every side of the island from the ocean …. We were able to stop and lunch in marina and even spend some time at top of city …. Cleary recommended and if you are lucky you will get the same captain ….

Capri trip from Praiano - Fun trip. Great views of Amalfi Coast and all the grottos. Didn't realize we had so much time in Capri. Went in July, so VERY HOT when off the boat. Captain was informative. Kinda expensive but worth it. Family loved it.

Best way to visit Capri - Wonderful experience, would definitely do again. Fausto was great!! We were picked up from La Gavitella in Praiano by a smaller boat and then take to Positano for the Gozzo boat. If getting picked up in Praiano, I would recommend getting picked up in Marina di Praia instead. It was a closer walk from our villa for La Gavitella- but it was down 1600 steps- even downhill, we were exhausted. The blue grotto was closed due to the sea conditions, which was disappointing, but beyond their control. We were given a guided tour around the island before stopping in Marina Grande for 4 hours of free time. On our return, we were taken to a calm area near Nerano for a swim. We were provided with water, towels, swim noodles, soft drinks and prosecco. There was a bathroom on board. The rest of the group was dropped off in Positano and we were taken back to Praiano (we requested to be dropped off at the marina so we didn't have to walk UP 1600 steps). A highlight of our trip to Italy, but there were two people abord who cried because they were so afraid of the waves and even contemplated taking the ferry back. Note: if you are not comfortable on the water do not take this tour. The sea is unpredictable. I felt safe with Fausto. He did his best to give us the most peaceful ride possible for the conditions.
