We will take care of everything, including the photographer, decorations, and ambiance, all tailored to your preferences. You can decide the perfect moment during the cooking lesson to make your proposal. The cooking lesson will begin with an aperitif featuring homemade snacks and our wine, followed by a tour of our gardens. We will start the farm-to-table cooking lesson, where guests will discover the traditions and typical dishes of our family. They will enjoy lunch or dinner while sipping a fine glass of wine. Our desserts, expertly crafted following ancient family recipes, will conclude the meal they prepared themselves. Finally, the meal will be topped off with Bè liqueur, a blend of citrus, spices, and herbs from our garden. It will be a unique and rewarding experience. Our guests will be pampered and will partake in unforgettable moments. The menus vary according to the season, the harvest, and the daily fishing moments.

Welcome to our family! We are Rocco and Carla, and along with our little helper Alexandro and Mamma Annamaria, we eagerly await your visit for a unique experience. Our shared passion for good food and extensive experience in the restaurant industry have inspired our project: to blend culinary passion, family traditions, and wholesome food made with products from our land. Even back in the 60s, Papà Beniamino (BÈ) delighted guests from around the world with his culinary creations. Since 2019, we have dedicated ourselves full-time to offering hospitality that feels “like family.” Nothing makes us prouder than sharing our recipes, traditions, and love for food, preserving its memory intact.
