Great Tour better Guide/Experience! - My wife and I took this tour with a guide (unfortunately I cannot recall his name) who was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we saw as much of the castle as possible in the time we had. Special thanks to the tour company for not canceling our tour despite us being the only two that day! The castle was beautiful and the changing of the guard was a highlight of the trip for us. Definitely look into this tour if you're interested in going to the castle/cathedral and want more indepth information that you can't get on the signs within.

Great experience with great guide - Guided tour of Prague Castle just perfect. Ladislav was a great guide with a great historical knowledge. He spoke perfect German. We had enough time to explore everything and take photos. Big thank you again to Ladislav.

Beautiful - There were several of us, and the guide was very soft spoken. I wish he had a mike or we had head sets. What we saw was beautiful and the guide was knowledgeable

interesting tour - tour was very interesting church was beautiful. you do not enter Prague castle which was disappointing but the grounds and the rest were very nice. we did the cruise as well and it was enjoyable. highlight for us was our exceptional tour guide Sophia. incredibly informative and kept the group together and moving.

Overall good. - Overall a good excursion. The castle and cathedral tour were very interesting and informative. The boat trip is a bit underwhelming which is only about a half mile trip. It is also a long way from the castle(at least a half hour walk).

Not to be missed - We greatly enjoyed our tour of Prague castle and the anytime cruise. We met our bus at Na Prikope and took a short ride to the top of the hill. We would NOT recommend trying to walk to the top by yourself. We saw people trying as we calmly walked down the hill upon leaving.....lots of huffing and puffing 🥵 Unfortunately our guide did not turn on the mic for much of our trip so no one could hear him. The walking portion of the tour was great. We learned a lot and saw a lot. Just the castle and drive there takes the full 4 hours. You are able to take the 1hour boat cruise whenever you find time. We did that the next day

Leave the guided tour early for the best experience - The guide was knowledgeable, the group we had was lovely. To make the most of your experience in the castle, leave the tour after the main cathedral. There was a delay getting to the castle due to the traffic conditions which of course could not be helped. However, I think there should be an option to meet the guide at the castle, rather than at the tour office. I say this because our AirBnb was on the same side of the river to the castle (lesser town), so we had to travel across the river to meet in the town centre to get a 15 minute coach to the castle. Bear in mind we left our Airbnb at 10:30 to get to the office with an extra 15 minutes to spare for any delay. The group including us didn't get to the castle until 11:50 (due to traffic), so that's an hour and 20 minutes of travelling and waiting. Our time would have been better spent getting breakfast or a coffee and meeting the guide at the castle which was only a 10 minute uber from our Airbnb. This should be an option please. Whilst the tour was informative and I'd recommend, as there are 0 signs in the castle itself to assist, what I hated was that it did felt rushed and you couldn't go back with the same ticket. So I would have liked to meander and mooch around the shops, grab a coffee or a sandwich from the cafes, or visit the exhibitions, but once you're out the exit you can't go back in without buying a new ticket (£30). This was not made clear to us until we had already left the castle ground. If I was to suggest doing the tour to anyone I would say leave the tour right after the main cathedral and then carry on doing what you want as after the cathedral as they just walk you out the exit. For the guides, please tell people in future before you exit the castle that they can't get back in, even better would be to end the tour inside the castle grounds and give them a choice to hang back or follow the guide out of the castle, down the steps or to the viewpoint.

Un expected tour - The tour should be responsible to take us by river boat but they asked us to go by our self and search by ourself .. moreover my ticket and booking for this tour not including the fee or river boat …the tour guide should to take responsibilities to take us for all places including the river but they did not

Absolute waste of time - This tour was a waste of time. Our tour guide was soooo hard to understand. He was trying really hard but no one in our group could understand him. He never let us go for a picture break or bathroom break for 3 hours. He was a nice guy and knew so much but he was trying to give us way too much information for way too long. I will never do a tour like that again. Also, they don’t take you back from the Castle. They drive you up there and then when you are done, that is it. No ride back.
