Great Way To Learn About The Clock - This was a perfect way to learn about the clock right before it rang. The guide was very informative and spoke clearly. My only complaint would be that there was no guided tour of the inside of the clock.

Good way to start the trip! - Quick little tour to start off your stay. Walked is to the clock, and gave us some information about background/history and then we were on our own to go up to the clock. I would recommend.

Great Mix Of Clock Information and Clock Performance - Our guide was great and the timing of the tour was perfect. There was the perfect balance of time between our guide telling us about the clock and what we were going to see happen before the clock started doing what our guide said that it would do. I would recommend this tour.

Baroque wonder! - Ticket and tour of tower and library in group of c 16. Lots of steps to an amazing view. The Baroque library was stunning and never to be forgotten even though you only get a peek. Can't add photos - that would ruin it for you!

Symbol of Prague. - In the Piazza del Comune, right on the civic tower there is this characteristic astronomical clock restored in 2018. It consists of three main quadrants: the astronomical one, on which, in addition to the hour, the positions in the sky of the Sun and the Moon are represented. Then there is the mechanism that regulates the procession of the Apostles. At the stroke of each hour, while a skeleton figure rings a bell to remind us that time is passing, a cart of figures representing the twelve apostles is set in motion. At the bottom there is another dial composed of 12 medallions depicting the twelve months of the year. To admire!

Beautiful clock but disappointing movement and visit to the tower - Icon of the city, the tower with the astronomical clock gathers in the main square of Prague hundreds of tourists who wait every 15 minutes and applaud the movement of this clock that however disappoints the expectations of most. The visit to the tower (for a fee with 2 different prices if on foot - with a gentle climb - or by elevator) offers a beautiful view of the city but offers no view of the clock mechanisms. You cannot fail to see but there is better in Prague!

Something disappointing - On the site it is suggested through photos that you can see several things, but that is not the case. You can't see the halls of the town hall, except for a small room behind a rope. If you want to see the cellars, you will have to pay extra for a tour. You will get an explanation of the various parts of the town square and their history and explanation of the clock. Then you can climb the tower. Oh, that's it. Then I think this is pretty expensive.
