Prosecco boat tour - Very cozy and relaxing with great music. The whole boat trip is atmospheric, and there is a guide on speakers talking about all the important buildings on the way. Loved it!

a very peaceful and comfty ride without any troubles like other crowded companies - easy check in friendly staff, every guest was seated, not crowded like other boats, audio guide was clear in english czech and german, very peaceful ride, fair price, including 1 prosecco, easy slot to book online

All good. - Evening cruise, nice to see the city lit up. Prosecco a nice little addition. We booked online, info for meeting point / pier was a bit vague.. Make sure you check before you head off. Enjoyed the city as well (part fro.m the noisy drunk stag groups!).. Avoid Fri and Sat evenings.

Nice, clean and spacious - Nice, clean, spacious boat. Plenty of room upper deck, limited spaces downstairs and on a cold night this is really where you’d want to be. I’d get there 15/20 minutes early to get in the queue if you want a specific table. Only thing that lost it a star is usually you can swap your prosecco for a soft drink but they said prosecco only which was a waste as neither of us drink alcohol. Overall, good ride and would recommend

Light at sunset time was... - Light at sunset time was beautiful. Annoying that the commentary from the overhead speakers was not loud enough and didn't correlate to the sights we were sailing past.

Communication needs improvement ... - The actual boat ride and drinks were lovely! However, we almost missed it! We arrived 15-20 minutes early at where the Google Maps (via TripAdvisor) said to go. After a while we realized it was not correct. We asked someone who directed us to the correct place, about 1/4 mile away. We arrived with only 1 minute to spare. The ticket lady said we could not board without a QR code, which was not on the booking or the email. Luckily another gentleman had my name on a list, but we almost missed it altogether.

Awful - It was a disappointment The bar staff where cleaning up understandably but the noise went over the audio description and they turned down the volume after 2mins when I'd explained I couldn't hear the track. Other people were noisy too... and the door to the driver was open and he had his television playing which added to the noise drowning out the audio as well. Very short journey and ultimately shortened/faster as it was the last of the day and people wished to get home. Would not recommend
