Great view of Prague - Great experience . The staff was nice and amicable . Highly recommend getting your tour with the free drink. Amazing way to see Prague at night!

Wonderful time on the river. - We had a magical time, group of 20 friends. The line to get on the boat went quickly and the staff was very helpful if we needed anything. Amazing to sail and not having a motor running, quiet and peaceful.

Fantastic - Fabulous cruise seeing the sights of Prague .The only hiccup was we did not know there were 2 lines to board seperate cruises .The guy checking tickets should have been on his speaker several times directing people which line to get in .You don’t see the time to board on either line until you are at the head of the line .Hence people had queued up in the wrong line .The boarding times should be above crowd height on a sign so people know which line to stand in .

Relaxing cruise - Nice cruise. Recommended at sunset. Route with a view of the monuments accompanied by a glass of bubbles and breadsticks. Very pleasant.

A serene twilight cruise in pleasant surroundings. - I was pleasantly surprised by how new and clean the vessel was. A number of previous reviews mention how short the route is but it still offers a lovely vantage point of the city. Even though we travelled on a cloudy evening, it was still a charming scene. Please be aware the audio descriptions are barely audible over the background chatter, so either use the written guides or the audio options available on the website.

No long enough - No long enough felt very rushed and the service was a bit ride but lovely views of the river and city

No visit!!! - No because you forgot to validate my payment and therefore, no cruise. You did not do the necessary with Prague Boats and we went there for nothing.But you cashed my money!!!!

Avoid... Scammers onboard taking drink orders - The worst experience due solely to the staff on board. We were enjoying our first 10mins and got approached and asked if we'd like another drink..we said yes what is there, wine or beer... The staff member said yes but you'd have to pay...which we of course thought we would and were happy too but he then said but if you want another Prosecco (which one glass was included in the price) he said that would be free. "Free" we said..."yes if Prosecco" he said.. brilliant, we'll have two of those. 10 mins later he comes with a different attitude and demanding money... We reiterated what he kindly originally offered and he got angry and got a manger. We paid, of course, it was only £7.... But a loss in dignity and any customer referrals. Very strange approach. If he had just said yes to us ordering a wine and beer to pay for and didn't say the prosecco was complimentary for one more we wouldn't have even thought it was. Felt like they were directly pocketing that money. Scam like..ruined our perception. Beware of José and the man with the grey hair. I can't even say ask if these drinks cost as we expected to pay and got told otherwise so there was no way to foresee that.

Worst tour experience I’ve ever had - Boat overrun with massive group of rowdy high schoolers on a trip. They pushed my kids out of their seats so they could take photos, harassed a waitress until she cried, and generally ruined the experience for everyone, We complained to the hosts on board and at the dock but they were unwilling to do anything. Would not recommend at all.
